What is liability insurance?

Liability insurance is a coverage that you can have to cover you in case you cause injury to another person, due to your negligence in causing a car accident. This is an important coverage, because in Florida, bodily injury liability coverage is not required, and so you can be exposed to personal liability, where they can see you individually, and so you would always want to have some liability coverage to cover you for any injury someone else may have sustained due to the collision that you may have caused.
